Feng Shui
“We shape our buildings, thereafter they shape us.”
What is Feng Shui
Feng Shui is an ancient science that started around 8,000 years ago in China and throughout the time it evolved to meet our modern life. It’s used in decorating your space (Home/Office) with the goal of creating a vibrant feeling of positive, nourishing, and healthy environment so the person feels harmony with their spaces. It means that you create an environment that has the best energy to support the activities intended for that space. For example, a bedroom needs a soft sensual energy, while a kitchen will need the correct energy to make food with love.
The idea behind it is to “unblock” the way, so the forces may flow freely and create balance in a space (or life).

Space clearing
Space Clearing is a sacred cleansing technique that can be used for all environments – homes, offices, businesses and lands as well as for people, animals and objects too! It is an old ritual used by many various cultures to move, then transmute stagnant or lower energies so that all auspicious or positive energy can effortlessly flow again.
Strong, positive, and healthy energy is a crucial environmental factor in creating and sustaining the overall health and well-being of the person, occupants, or business. Heavy, or lower energies, can be a result of prior illnesses, arguments, clutter, divorces, depression, bankruptcies, or current issues that the occupants or businesses were challenged by.
How is a space & individuals cleared?

FAQ
No. Feng Shui is not related to any kind of religion. it is an ancient science that understands the patterns of the earth’s magnetic energy and teaches us how to align our architecture with them in order to create the most favorable living environments. Many people think that they shouldn’t use Feng Shui because it conflicts with their existing religious beliefs. In fact, applying Feng Shui does not require you to compromise your principles or faith. You could include your own personal beliefs, practice of faith and/or spiritual practices.
No. My main focus and specialty is Feng Shui-ing your home, office, and land to help improve the energetic flow of energy. Are aspects of interior design integrated into the Feng Shui-ing process and consultation? Yes. The interior designer provides access to physical furnishings, curation, procurement, and installation. It’s important to note, for anyone looking to fully remodeling their home, combining a Feng Shui consultation with the service of an interior designer, is strongly recommended. As a team, we’ll complete the project!
It all depends. Certain aspects can be improved almost immediately. For example, if you’re not sleeping well due to the bed’s location, electromagnetic pollution, poor quality of air, etc and you improve your bedroom, you should notice the difference very quickly. With other improvements, it takes some time. Each person’s time frame for change will be different and that can vary due to if the person is truly open and ready to participate in the needed change.
Anytime is the best time! The most common reasons Feng Shui consultations are requested could be if a person is feeling “stuck” on a mental, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual level. A fresh start is always needed in our stressful busy life!
For centuries, Feng Shui was kept secret by China’s ruling class; it was used almost exclusively by emperors. The study and the practice of Feng Shui was not open to the public. This was partially due to the high level of education and dedication that it required in addition to the long time that needed to be invested to practice and develop the skill. With the increasing Asian migration to the United States and Canada, mostly from Hong Kong and Taiwan, where Feng Shui is more widespread, Westerners are being exposed to and they are learning the benefits of this ancient science. The biggest increase in awareness by far has occurred in just the past 20 years.
No, Feng Shui could be applied to houses, offices, commercial buildings, public buildings, schools, restaurants, and any kind of business.
Books are redundant about using mirrors to attract good energy and reflect away bad luck. But a piece of news: mirrors aren’t that smart to know which energy you’d like to attract and which you’d like to reject. This myth comes from the old days when mirrors were solid heavy pieces of polished metal. Back in those days the Feng Shui Master would visit a house and suggest placing a mirror here or there. But what was being effective as a correction was not the reflectivity of the mirror but rather the metal element it was made off. Obviously, “lots of” Feng Shui consultants wouldn’t know this nowadays. So do not choose any consultant who uses a lot of mirrors.
Clutter can block the energy flow (which is one of Feng Shui principles). However, if your home is 80% clutter free in the key areas, and the rest of the clutter is well managed (i.e. hidden) then you shouldn’t worry about it. We all have a bit of clutter here and there!
Your immediate environments – your home or the place where you work – will directly affect your life on many levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. If you want to improve any aspect of your life – such as work/career, relationships, family, finances, health, and so on – by improving the Feng Shui of your home or workspace, you’ll create a better environment for working and living. Most people are unaware of whether their home or place of work is actually working for them or against them!
One of the best definitions of how Feng Shui works come from Winston Churchill who said, “We shape our buildings, thereafter they shape us.” Colors, shapes, layouts, placements, objects and personal possessions will affect how you feel and can also affect your performance. By optimizing your environments you’ll create empowering settings that will work for you and support your goals and dreams.
